I feel my Dog is safe and well cared for, I like that he is not locked in a small area and can run around and socialize with the other dogs.

Clover has been going to Dogtopia for several years now and she is only 5. She goes for daycare, sleepovers and grooming. I like that she is always well taken care of and safe, and that she is happy to see the staff and they seem happy to see her too! I trust the staff, and trust that the facility is clean, safe and there are lots of opportunities for her to have fun and make friends.

Very communicative & responsive to questions both pre-boarding and during boarding. Great to have access to the webcam to watch the dogs at play.

The service we get is always really good- the front desk is helpful and friendly, but we never get notification that our dog is done. And her nails are longer than I would like, and I’m not sure why, and I was quoted $30 for the service when I booked it on the phone but was charged $70. So there are some communication challenges.

I brought my dog there for two months one day my dog came home violently ill, she had caught kennel cloth from Dogtopia and they had to close down the facility because of this however they never told me about this and my vet bill was over $8000 When I acknowledge Zootopia they ignored me and wanting nothing to do with it. I have told everybody I know with the dog to never ever bring your animal there my dog was kept in a cage for over four hours. I had to video it to show them and until I did nothing was done Absolutely pathetically disgusting run place. I would never let my animal walk in there again a disgrace no accountability for getting my dog violently ill I hope they go out of business for the way they treat people absolutely a disgraceful place.

We’ve had a mostly positive experience in our 3 years with Dogtopia. My golden retriever, Bea, came as a puppy and has ‘grown up’ enjoying her time with you. Her last visit on 9/30/25 for the birthday dogs (her having aSeptember birthday), was unfortunately her last as we’ve been told we cannot return. I was mortified to be informed that Bea was involved in an incident resulting in her biting and injuring another dog. I was also informed that the last several times I brought her to daycare she was increasingly over excited and was spending lots of time in the kennel. I had only ever heard positive feedback from everyone before this date, and was not ever told there had been any behavioral issues. We had boarded her for the first time in June, & I was told she did great, to which I was so happy to hear. I understand and respect your decision to not have an unpredictable dog at daycare, especially if there was an incident such as what was described to me. Bea was bitten with y’all at daycare when she was a pup, and it was awful and I was glad that the dog that bit her was not invited back. I’m just really shocked as we have not seen this type of behavior from her before, and the fact that I was never given information to issues that were apparent to folks over there. I wish I could see the video of the incident to learn more about Bea. I want to thank all of the staff that have helped over the years that were so great and gave love to Bea. I am so sorry for the dog who was injured and the parents of that dog. This should not have happened. I’m really sad for the abrupt ending to our time with you. We appear to be erased from existence from the app.

Everyone is so patient with our dog. He’s a rescue and very skittish when it comes to people. They have taken the time to help him be more confident and trusting with everyone there. We can’t wait to see how he grows every week at daycare!

I love that my dog loves it! Dogs are completely honest. I would know if she wasn't enjoying her time at Dogtopia. I am always so thrilled to see how happy she is each time we arrive. She runs in, puts her paws up on the counter, and can't wait to be brought back to the gym. She literally smiles at the staff when she arrives! She lets the staff pet and love on her, which she never allows anyone outside her family to do--she really loves the staff and her time with her doggie BFFs!
