The team was great - helped get my bike tuned up while keeping it within my budget. They explained what was happening every step of the way. They even provided a loaner bike so I wouldn't lose a day of riding. Very happy with the team.

I purchased a Sage Red FX1 Disc Gen 3, gorgeous paint job.

I noticed a few substitutions from the documented specs such as a different saddle (DDK) and tires (Kenda) rather than Bontrager, though quality was maintained.

Eifran really went above and beyond for me. I stepped into the store to get some service done on a used bike i had purchased from a third party. I was told the bike would be ready on Monday. I walk in on Wednesday after hearing nothing about the bike just to be told the bike is STILL not ready. Slightly frustrated I thank them for the update & go home.

Later that day Eifran calls me and says he saw the dissapointing look on my face. He immediately took the bike into his own hands and did the service himself to ensure it would be completed that same day. Eifran gave me discounts on all services and even threw in a free set of handlebars another customer had discarded. Eifran shaped my experiance from a negative one to a positive one in an instant and deserves the recognition. Thank you Eifran!
