Very very kind and helpful staff. It was my first time purchasing a Trek product and Steve, Eddie, and the service manager made the transaction very smooth. I will definitely recommend Trek Alamo Heights, TX to friends and family.

This Verve 2 is a dream of a bike. The ride on the trails and up a steep hill were amazing with the electric bike. I love this Bosch and would recommend Trek Bicycle to everyone because of the attentiveness and service. Thank you.
