Friendly service! Great follow through. When tire size was not available through list of vendors, service person went on line to locate source. Gave me the option of procuring tired directly and when I delivered them, bike was ready in one day. I appreciate all that was done.

The insulated water bottles were a hugge step up from the cheap plastic ones I had. Gilbert was realy helpful and also suggested an electrolyte mix that was affordable and pretty tasty. Both came in clutch on the 30 mile gravel ride I did the following day

Staff is very welcoming and friendly as soon as you enter the store. There was an extra part on my invoice that wasn’t quoted, but the reason was thoroughly explained and demonstrated when I asked about it. Satisfied with the service that was done on my mountain bike and will be bringing my road bike in for service soon. 10 out of 10!!

Tim and Eddie were very patient, professional, knowledgeable, and generous with their time. They went above and beyond to equip me for success. After purchasing over 10 road and mountain bikes for my family over the last 20 years, Trek Bicycle Alamo Heights is by far the best experience I've had. I stumbled on their location, because of the coffee shop next door. I will happily refer friends and family to do business with this awesome bike shop.
