Great service all around. Mario in service was very helpful and friendly and got my bike back to me in tip-top shape in short order.

The mechanics, Ian in particular, are very knowledgeable and professional. I had to replace a Shimano electronic shifter and get a tune up for this Spring, and my Emonda rides like new. they are also good stewards of the customer's money, in my opinion. I have been trading with the Alamo Height location for decades.

Very helpful staff, bike feels better than ever - good as new and was ready a whole 5 days earlier than planned (I had asked if they could rush it through and they emailed me the next day to say it was ready).
