My bike arrived undamaged and was fairly easy to put together. It was missing a 10nm torque wrench, but I managed.
The bike was mostly setup correctly. The rear derailleur cable excess was not correctly routed away from the chain in certain gear combinations and so it frayed the cable and I needed to get it replaced.
I have an Electra Loft Go 7D and I called with a question about an MIK accessory. Customer service rep was very helpful! Thank you again!
