The bike is fantastic. The delivery to my local bike shop and assembly was seamless. This is my 4th Trek bike and I am excited to delve into the E Bike world.

From the beginning of ordering to the end of receiving my bike I was quite impressed with the service I was given, the professionalism, and customer friendliness... one of the bike shops in which was affiliated with trekbikes also was very professional and customer friendly . Definitely would refer other's to getting a trek bike .. well made whether for mountain bike riding for someone younger ,or for someone older who just wants to get out on a trail for exercise and sight seeing.

Dealing with Trek.com was easy, can’t say the same about my LBS that took 2 weeks to assemble an $8K bike before telling me it was “dialed in”only for me to find out later that day the rear brake didn’t work…air in the lines. Needless to say I was not thrilled and called Trek to ask if I could use a different trek dealer than the one that assembled or else I’m returning the entire purchase. Trek (Richard) was awesome and got me squared away with a new Trek dealer/mechanic. Was super impressed with Trek during the purchase and customer service interactions. Was appalled with the initial LBS tho (Marty’s Bike Shop, Muncy, PA).

Opening the box was a true joy and experience that i was not expecting to have. Everything was thought out and provided, from the grease to the wrenches, and the bike was packaged with care. Little things like having the instructions on the outside of the box for where to cut, all the way to the happy dance at the end. I LOVED putting my bike together and could not be happier with the overall process. I will be a return Red Barn customer!

Been searching for a "like new" supercal for my wife and Red Barn delivered. Very happy and thinking about buying one in my size :)

good overall. but prices need to come down. lots of brands are competing aggressively, I see trek getting behind. Also mtb models I checked are unavailable in the website, specially the sizes the people need. We don;t wnat to see sales on XL or XS bikes. If your keeping your inventory low to play it safe, then it is trek's strategy, but not sure if it is a customer driven strategy.

The online ordering to a shop is amazing and the online sale helped me out. My commuting bike broke down and the trek bike sale was running at the same time and being a broke ah college student, and kind of discount helps.

When I go to Trek bikes to shop for my cycling needs, I am always able to find what I am looking for, including small specialty parts that are compatible with my bikes. This is very convenient, because it’s not always available at the Trek dealer, when I need it quickly. Even though the Trek shop can order for me when needed for parts I would like professionally installed, it’s nice to have the option to order too myself. No matter what you need, it’s pretty much there at Trekbikes.com
