While Trek online itself is not bad; the recent gear bought online - makes it hard to understand the warranty it is under and there is not much services to assist. It seems only online services online and in store in store.

I had an issue with the website malfunctioning when i was trying to purchase a pair of Rapha bibs. I called and was talking to my rep for about 1/2 hr while we were also online. She was very kind, patient and walked me through the process a few times with no success. But...she did call me back personally later in the day and got my situation taken care of promptly. I didnt expect the call back and was very suprosed that she would take the time to respond. You dont see that often in retail these days. Very satisfied!
