I bought the Trek FX sport 5 and really love it. I had a couple small issues in the beginning with tire being off center. But that was the fault of mechanic for not seating it properly. It was a little annoying because I went back twice. He tried to tell me it was normal to be slightly off. He eventually had another mechanic look at it and problem fixed. But overall, love the bike and the way it rides.

I loved that I found a Trek bike that fits my bohemian personality- the Electra Shibori Go Beach Cruiser!! I have received numerous compliments on the unique artwork painted on the bike frame. I had bought my Shibori online from Trekbikes.com and had it shipped to my local bike shop for assembly. The folks at my local bike shop made sure everything was adjusted for my height and gave me instructions on the basics of my new bike. My bike is super comfortable and I have ridden over 90 miles in my first 2 weeks of ownership.
I was able to purchase a bike for a very affordable price. Two days later it shipped and four days after I had purchased the bike online it was at the shop, fully assembled and ready to be picked up!

Excellent. My first order was lost and I called Trek to let them know that I got a "delivered" email but it must have gone to a wrong address. I just called so they could track it or find out where it had gone. no fault at all of Trek. It's my local carriers.
But instead of arguing with me or just saying "it's not our fault, wait, maybe it will show up"
my order was redone that day.
The staff was friendly, helpful and interested in me as a customer and making the situation right. Even though Trek did nothing wrong.

ordered bike on a sunday night - It was ready to be picked up either weds or thurs - pretty amazing service from Trek and Wheel and Sprocket of Delafield. The bike its self is extremely dialed and the electric performace is spot on. Of all things the bolt and small square retained nut for the power shift up/down/walk button - never allowed me to torque enough to grip the handle bar before it stripped. Will contact W&S delafield. Thank you

Complaint is I ordered 4 TREK Voda water bottles (clear with Trek logo) for shipping to local store for pick-up. Store called when they arrived, I showed up, opened the box in the store and ALL four were marred, scratched or somehow damaged either at the warehouse or in transit, so I did not accept any of the four. The store issued a full refund and told me to just order four more on the website, which I did. Now waiting for those to arrive at the local store and will drive back there AGAIN to fully inspect what should be brand new, spotless water bottles without scratches and damage. If they are ok, I will accept them. If any of them are again scratched or damaged, they will be returned for a full refund and I will shop for water bottles at Specialized.com or thefeed.com.
Disappointed in the quality control on this simple order so far.
Went to Bethany, DE store to purchase Verve2 on sale. Bike already sold that morning. but employee noted that model available online. Went online right away, ordered bike and had shipped to Bethany store for pickup. Like that I didn't have to pay sales tax since picked up in Delaware and bike was delivered and ready for pickup earlier than estimated at time order placed.
Experience was great. Walked in and the bike was ready
