Trekbikes.com makes buying a new, high quality bicycle very easy and provides a great deal of information and images about the bikes that are available. It is easy to navigate the website and I was shocked when the bike I ordered on Monday was available to be picked up from my local Trek dealer the next day. Also, the 30 day money-back is also positive in case I am not satisfied with my purchase.

Ordering online is really convenient, but experienced problems when checking out specially when using my phone. Overall, my experiences with parts ordering and timely delivery of my orders are outstanding, and also the great experiences with my local bike shop.

I like the bikes a great deal. I am disappointed my new verve was skipping gears from the moment I sat on it. Thst it was not quality checked before it was handed to me by wheel an d sprocket in Franklin where I am taking it today for a fix/ tuneup

Great products and fast shipping. But with both a frame bag and rack hardware to attach wasn’t included so I had to buy some separate and then contact customer service to have some sent separately. Otherwise very happy with products

Bikes were fantastic, but unfortunately it was missing a key part in the toolkit and instructions were not updated for the model of bikes I got (The new Townie Go S). Had to send to a local dealer, Rotations Southampton, where they ordered the missing parts and finished assembly for $400+.

Great products

The bike is awesome. But I wouldn't recommend having bikes delivered to and assembled by Berts Bikes in Williamsville NY. They didn't even tighten everything and my drop post seat cable was installed too tight so my seat would sink down when I sit on it. Tires under inflated and brake and gear handles/triggers very oddly positioned.

Ordering online, then local bike shop assembles for pick up. Process is very easy and smooth and quick. I got the bike I wanted. Love the bike!

I am always concerned about getting the service you need from larger companies. Generally, I have found communicating with them is difficult and frustrating at best. However, Trek was not this way! What a blessing it was to know I would be able to get timely and knowledgeable support. I specifically need to give a shout out to Tiffany Duffield. She was AMAZING!! Please make sure she knows how thankful I am I was able to work with her!!

My local bike shop and Trek dealer ( Spring Street Sports, Chippewa Falls, WI) always takes great care of me, excellent service! The bikes are great, too! We have a fleet of family bikes, Trek has a bike for everybody and every stage of their journey.
