The bike cam on time and was assembled by the shop I had recommended. They also did a fine job and was handed over to me in two days, well ahead of the promised date.
The only glitch in the process was the bike was delivered to my home address instead of the drop-off location I had asked for. This was not a big issue and Trek bikes immediately corrected this.
