Promptness. The fenders were not an exact fit (wrong length stays for rear fender and mounting hole above the bottom was misaligned) but I was able to make them work. I chose not to call for assistance because it was workable.

Ordering online was seamless. Pickup at Manayunk shop was very positive; both staff members attended to me in timely and friendly fashion, explaining very clearly warranties, etc., asking about peripherals (kickstands, etc.) without "pushing for a sale." Bike was a very good value.

Website is easy to navigate, item descriptions are detailed, images are clear. There were just enough emails to track the order’s progress.

Online ordering was super easy. I got clear emails updating me on status and when I went in store to pick it up the customer service was A+. The two guys working at the Napa store could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable, or more helpful. They made sure that I got the right part and even helped install it on my bike. In a time where customer service is essentially nonexistent these days, it was such a breath of fresh air. I even went online to write a review on Google, which I never do, and was pleased although I guess not surprised to see what amazing reviews the store gets. Keep doing what you’re doing, you’re definitely doing it right!

Fast shipping, quality products.

The original bike that was sent had issues with the brakes and frame damage. Trek had to send a new bike as a replacement that took an additional week or so to arrive. Everything else seems fine with the bike.

Everything went well on the internet. I think your website needs to be looked at. It's really not that easy to navigate it. Once the bike was shipped to the dealer is when all the disappointment started. I would really like someone from customer service to contact me via phone.
