I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Trek Bikes over the years. Right now I own a 2020 Marlin7, a Precaliber 24, a 2025 Dual Sport, and a 2025 Marlin 5 for my girlfriend—and every single one has been solid in its own way.

The Marlin 7 has been a super reliable bike for trails and everyday riding. It handles well, feels durable, and still looks amazing. The Dual Sport is perfect when I want something versatile for both pavement and light off-road—it’s comfortable and smooth, especially on longer rides. The Marlin 5 has been a great entry-level bike—simple, dependable, and perfect for getting someone into riding without overwhelming them. And the Precaliber 24 has been awesome as well, built tough and perfect for younger riders.

Across the board, Trek really nails quality, comfort, and value. The bikes feel well thought out, from frame design to components, and they hold up over time. Whether you’re just starting out or riding regularly, it’s easy to find something in their lineup that fits your needs.

I placed an online order and received the incorrect item. I reached out to the e-commerce team and the situation was swiftly rectified. I was shipped the correct item and told to take the current item and pay it forward. It was simply a bottle of chain lube, but a small gesture like this speaks volumes of the bicycle company as well as what I can do within my local community. Thanks y'all!

They had new light mounts in stock for a very reasonable price. We received ours straight away and were able to get back to early morning rides.

I purchased two Trek Verve+2 4S gen 3 bikes: one for me and one for my wife. I've owned several earlier versions of the Verve+. The bikes were very fairly priced and well built. Service at my local shop (Trek in Geneva, NY) is exceptional.

I have been a customer of Trek since the mid 1980s. That should tell you enough. Every bike in my household is a trek.

Just seems to be a great bike and as a 60 year old male, I finally listened to my wife and got a new bike that I don't have to cross my leg over the bar like most men's bikes. Scott at Two Wheeler Dealer here in Wilmington N.C. showed me a Trek Verve 1 Low Step that was on sale new and after getting a different seat, back rack and water bottle holder it is just the perfect bike for me. My wife has a Townie Low Step Pineapple color 7D I got back during Covid that is in perfect shape and my purchase has allowed us to start riding again along the City Trails Networks close to our house together like we use to...great purchase and I am typing this after just getting back from an hour ride we do several times a week. Very happy and Scott was very helpful, Joe Newton...oh and I really like that Lava Red color!
