I bought a refurbished FX 4 Sport. It was shipped directly to my house and arrived on time as promised. The bike parts were well packaged and the bike was easy to assemble. The bike looks perfect and can barely tell it was used at all. My last Trek is 20 years old and is still going. Hoping this one will last the long as well. First ride on the bike was amazing. I had no issues with the purchase, but I was unable to get the normal tune-ups with a new Trek at Freewheel on Grand Avenue because I bought it direct from you. It is really irritating. When I asked they about it they said I should have called them first.

Otherwise the bike is great and it could not have been easier to buy it online.
