Easy to order and have shipped to my local shop for assembly. The one thing I would suggest is making the site explain better what your supposed to put for your address if you're having it delivered to your local shop. It's a little confusing as to whether you enter your address or your shop's address. I entered my shop's address because I wanted to make sure it didn't come to my house.

The website was informative and user-friendly. I love my new Trek E-bike - the Allant 7S. I feel like a kid again! The direction of the wind, the location of the hills - those were things I never considered when I was a kid out riding my bicycle, I just rode and had fun. Now, I'm doing that again! I can have an enjoyable ride or I can have a workout on it, if I want. I highly recommend the e-bikes from Trek, for anybody that rides!

Well, I did order the wrong part by accident, but luckily, the shop I had it shipped to to get it installed had the correct one in stock!!!! They installed the new in frame computer transmitter, calibrated it at no charge. bonus!!!
