Ordering online was a hassle, was charged twice for one bike (but got order ID for (2) bikes) the first one I ordered said the card got declined (was my bank who I said it was me so they canceled and told me to reorder) but with everything all said and done Bryan from 19th and chestnut location made sure I was happy with my bike before I even left the store he’s a great guy, I love the bike thanks again Trek.

I have been a trekie my entire life so I have a number of bikes and I do all of my maintenance myself. I really appreciate the level of service available with the chat feature online for trek frame specific parts. The bike stores do not seem to have the ability to identify the requested parts easily

Fast efficient shipping! Quality products. I do wish that on some products you could see what they are compatible with. For example: the saddle bracket that fits the Ion Flare RT light. It fits my Versa seat but not my Sport seat. It would be nice if we could see what is compatible with before purchasing.
