Dealer had stock, offered test ride, outfitted Verve 2 24 speed with accessories on the spot. On a return trip to get advice on adjustments, all was done quickly and well.
Purcahsed the helmets I wanter, shipping was quick, helmets fit, just wish that pink color was still available. Color aside, would recommend, will buy again.

We felt at home at the Trek Store on Mid Rivers Mall Drive. Everyone there helped us. Chris, the manager, took his time and assisted me in getting the right bike. We then worked with the service manager Gabby who was very nice and friendly. Eric, who is the technician that built the bikes, spent a lot of time explaining and showing us all about our bikes. He even helped us load them carefully before leaving for home. I would highly recommend this Trek Store and I will be there for all my future needs.

Trek rail 7 emtb so far so good. Over all great bike, a little nose heavy on drops, you need to be careful or you can get hurt. Have not yet dealt with customer service so no comment there.
