Bought my first bike a Trek Verve 3....went back for my second bike a Domane AL3. Now I won't ride anything else but Trek. The store in Gahanna, Ohio is THE BEST! Knowledgeable, friendly and considerate staff. As a beginner rider they discussed all the options, made all the adjustments tailor made to my liking and road conditions and Trek bikes just feel like the real deal. Comfort, speed, safety...every ride is a great experience on a Trek. The amenities that go with cycling are worthy at Trek also from the gear and equipment to the attire. No reason to spend money elsewhere than at the Trek store.

I like the variety, price and staff. However, I ordered my helmet online and had it shipped to a local store, but Trek needs a better system for communicating with the customer that the item has arrived - this is NOT an issue with the local stores, this is an issue with the structure related to ordering online and having shipped to a store. It could do with some refinement. Love my new blush helmet!
