The trekbikes website is awesome, very easy to use to find what you're looking for and it's has a lot of valuable information on all their products. It was easy to find the mountain bike tires I needed. The check out process was also an easy process to follow to purchase my mountain bike tires. Once ordered my mountain bike tires arrived in 2 days.

Just feels right: The whole experience, from walking into the store to competing during the weekends has been great.

Easy to navigate the purchasing experience. My items arrived in a timely manner. I’d have to say for clothing the large box was unnecessary.
Having worked in a bike shop for years, one of my least favorite requests was for "touch up paint." Usually it wasn't available, and if it was, the paint rarely was viable for use or worse, was a terrible product to use. No one was happy. I had this in mind when I ordered some touch up paint for a Trek 1120 I bought as a shop demo. The paint was easily identified on the TREK website by year, model, and color. It was shipped to my LBS for $13 in less than a week. I picked it up and not only was the paint stored well, it was in an easy to use container with an appropriate brush...and was a perfect match. Completely exceeded my highest expectations.

Parts are plentiful and somewhat easy to get. Trek stores are very helpful. Trek road bikes are competitive among its attributes such as weight and handling.
