Great service! Purchased my bike online with in store pickup and the staff at my local store built the bike for me! When I noticed a faulty tire a few days later, they replaced it in store quickly and at no charge. Absolutely in love with my Marlin 5! Thank you Trek!

Experience was smooth I placed the order of the bike I wanted Trek delivered the bike in store as per request, after 4 days 1( day less that was supposed to be) I went to pick it up assembled and ready to ride.

It was easy and the products arrived in a timely manner.

I like how my LBS can still get credit for the sale when I have my order shipped to the shop. My shop put it together and then I get a call to pick it up.

Trek aftersales service has been excellent ONLY if I do the chat. Calling is useless unless you want to be on hold for 40 min.
