The ease of purchase on the website and the absolute great service from the team at Vancouver Cyclery. Will phoned when the bike arrived and let me know he could have it ready the next day. I was traveling so wouldn’t be able to pick up for a couple days. When I arrived… she looked perfect!!! And deciding not to try and squeeze her into my wagon…Will was able to accommodate a delivery. So appreciative!!!

I stated my boys off with precalibur 12s then 16s, I loved that they were made for the dirt with knobby tires and how easy it was to take the training wheels off & put them back on. Now at ages 5 & 6 they both have Roscoe 20 inch and are starting to mountain bike with me. The lineup seems to have been designed ti to get me to this point where they are confident riding on and off road quickly. They are learning to use gears when they need to and I expect for them to have their current t bikes for several years.

Handling, geometry, and appearance. I have been riding for about 25 years through hills and trails on two other makes. Technology has changed over the years making each bike a better performer. I have been happier with my Trek it’s not the top end but I am happy on what I put it through.
