I love it

I am now riding my second Trek Rail having been a loyal rider of another manufacturer for many years. Why?
Simply put it is an outstanding EMTB and the best I have ever ridden.
The handling and geometry is confidence inspiring and the new gen 4 electronics along with the increased battery capacity makes any biking adventure…well an adventure.
Also the customer service from my local authorized dealer (Aptos Epicenter) has also been confidence inspiring and is a large part of the Trek experience.

The bike (Domane SL5) is really a great ride, and the service from Trek has been very good. The two shops I've dealt with have given excellent service (bike from Trek Saratoga, parts from North Star Sports in Burlington, VT)

Quick shipping, excellent service from Bike Tek in Salina, Kansas. I don’t love the cheap handlebar tape that tore within the first few days of riding, not on a $3500 bicycle. Otherwise, the Checkpoint is terrific and getting plenty of rides. Just upgrade the tape, would you?

3rd trek bike 2nd verve2 model. 5times a week 20 miles plus. Ride is comfortable wish I would have known the affect of chlorine tablets stored in garage had on bike. For the low end model I get great use of the bike to maintain my health ten years post quadruple bypass
