Great experience with Redbarn Refresh. Love the new bike. Had a few issues with delivery and setup but Mary helped me out and made things right including sending me a water bottle and gloves to compensate for having to buy a Di2 charger. Broomfield, CO shop also helped get the bike put together and running.
Loved the free quick shipping to pick my order in my local bike shop. You provided updates as the order was processing, shipped and I was notified the day before it arrived at my shop. What a great option when the item is out of stock locally.
