I love my bike! It was so easy to order through trek bikes and it went straight to my local bike shop to be assembled where they did an excellent job.

Everyone was really helpful and really helped us make the right decision on what bike to purchase, places the order the next day. Once everything was delivered, they worked to make sure all the accessories were installed and let me know right away it was ready for pickup, so easy! I really appreciate them all.

The experience was pleasant and it appeared I was chatting with a real person, if it was a bot I was tricked because the service was great. I provided the order number that was lost, and Trek had a new order number out within 3 minutes, and my new helmet arrived a few days later. I was very happy with their quick fix to the situation!
