Recently purchased a new E-Caliber 9.6 from Trek and was able to do the preliminary research on the site. I further researched online reviews and narrowed my choice. I finally made the purchase online. During the ordering process, I was able to choose a dealer for the delivery and setup. Once the dealer completed the setup I picked up the bike. Durig delivery I received a great introduction into technology and operation of the bike. My last bike purchase was a Trek 930 Singletrack without suspension, so this is quite an upgrade. I had to contact Customer Service for a single issue and it was resolved within hours of my initial phone call. I bought a Trek twice now and will certainly buy from Trek again.

I really enjoy the ease of use of the parts site. It is absolutely easy to navigate and find the products I need. My future parts purchases will definitely be done here first.

I had an issue with a lost delivery. The agent that helped me, who's name I unfortunately can't recall, provided me with an impressive level of service, but I was completely moved by her empathy and kindness. The bike was intended as a Christmas gift for my grandson, but after it was lost in transit, it seemed highly unlikely that he would get it in time for Christmas. However, the wonderful agent that assisted me sent a replacement right away, with express delivery, and the bike arrived on time for Christmas morning - my grandson was ecstatic. Thank you.

I like the staff AT THE STORE WHERE I bought my bike. Stores vary remarkably in staff interest in customers. The videos TREK sends out on issues of relevance to bike ownership and maintenance are very good, and show, to me, an interest in the consumer. Thank you.

Amazing experience. Great site layout to choose my bike, quick delivery and coordination with my local bike shop to have it delivered and built within a couple of days of ordering. I accidentally ordered the wrong bike initially and was able to exchange and have my new one in and built all within the same week. Super happy with customer service and the bike is beautiful and so fun to ride. This is my first real big investment mtb and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Looking forward to many happy years on my Trek.

My bike arrived damaged with a large chip in the paint. Dealer assured me that Trek would make it right, however all I received in compensation was a bottle of touch up paint. Dealer felt bad and sent me a kickstand (which I don’t intend to use). Lots of problems shifting, chain coming off, etc. Next time I will buy something that is stocked and serviced locally. I’m isolated in Alaska and my only LBS is not a Trek dealer.

Great purchasing experience and wonderful that I could pickup the bike at my local shop. I appreciate the updates along the way. This was my first online purchase of a bicycle and won't be my last.
