I bought a Wahoo smart trainer and had it shipped to my local Trek shop. While I didn't have any issues, I liked that I had a local bike shop that could help me set it up if I did.

Buying my Madone SL 5 Gen 8 from their website was a seamless experience. The bike was delivered to the Ocala Bike Shop in a timely manner and the shop put it together for me. I needed to return something and called your 800 number and spoke with a very nice man who explained your 30 day return policy. The man was very helpful and your return policy is extremely generous. And, your representative spoke English. So many companies outsource their customer service departments and you can't understand what the representative is saying. Unfortunately the item I purchased was similar, but not enough like the pair of Bontrager tights I now have, love and have almost completely worn out. The ones I got weren't the same fit.
