Just bought our third pair of Trek bikes. We went from road bikes to cruisers to pedal assist e-bikes over nearly 3 decades. At 70, I’m not sure which Treks we’ll ride text time we upgrade.

I like that I can see items or similar items at local Trek stores/shops when I’m not familiar with a product that I’m interested in online. This has helped a lot with bicycle parts, and more so with apparel when it comes to jerseys, bibs, and fitment. The return policy and option to return items to a store is very convenient. I’ve never felt cheated or hustled dealing with Trek.

I have received good support from the chat system when I chose my last bike and when it came to picking out a system for transmitting information to my cyclometer. Additionally, I had a quick return when I ordered a seat bag that was too small and quickly got a larger option.

Trek’s website is very well designed and dialed in my experience. One thing I did find a little distracting was the 10% off pop window. I’d save it for the checkout page. Otherwise, very pleasant experience. You can find everything you need (whether information or product) in one place which is very convenient.
