I ordered a bike part from them and it got lost in the mail so Trek was helpful and sent me the same bike part again to make sure I received it on time and while waiting for the second bike part to be delivered I received the original part that was lost in the mail and received the replacement part Trek sent to compensate for the part lost in the mail shortly later. I mailed back the second delivery Trek sent me to make sure I would receive this part I needed. Trek is great to work with and I would absolutely order from them again.
