Customer Testimonials
Needed a couple of finishing touches on a beautiful 1990 Trek 2500 Pro 7 Tube Composite frame I was building up to add to my vintage collection of Trek road racing bicycles! Great sale prices on Trek stuff I needed combined with fast shipping that arrived a couple days before predicted.
Transaction was quick, very simplistic, and easy.

Comprehensive info and great customer service.
My recent experience with Trek Bikes is a significant event in my life. In this experience, I saw a very significant part of the Trek company that I had not seen before. The purpose of my visit was to replace a worn freehub body. Not exactly a major customer inquiry. For this tiny order, the level of expertise made available to me, plus the time they gave me, made no sense from an economic perspective.
The moment when all the pieces suddenly made sense was when I walked to the checkout desk in a local Trek store. I saw the most persuasive and compelling representation of a company that I had ever seen. The sign said: Trek is celebrating 50 years from our founding. Then I saw: Founded 50 years ago. Focused on 100 years. Trek 1Phone number removed - 2076.
My mind tested that message within one second. I had read about what you were doing with steel when you started your company with only a few bikes. I had read about your entry into carbon fiber bikes. At first, your carbon-fiber work was outsourced, and your company quickly figured out that you needed to make your carbon fiber everything to build it the way you needed and wanted it. I saw in that story that the transition to carbon fiber was difficult. Look at your masterpieces of carbon fiber today.
My bike is a 2008 Madone. I read an article about the release of the 100% newly designed bicycle that was the 2008 Madone, where you used two years to make what you envisioned as the absolute best a bike could be. I have seen countless other stories, all examples of the treasure your company is.
On top of it all, what is the purpose of all you do? To make bicycles. Bicycles are not just another human gadget. Bicycles are one of the greatest things humans make. How important is that? There is a great chance I would have died by now had it not been for the bikes I have been riding since 2017.
What happened in 2017? I took my son's Trek 2200 for a spin that completely blew my mind.
The overall experience was even more amazing than that, but what I want you to know is that the experience changed my bicycle plans completely. From age 7 to 18, I rode my bicycles all over the small town where I grew up. In college, I got a "racing bike," my term for any bike resembling a road bike. That college bike cost me $20. I rode it all over Boston for years.
Once out of college, in 1983, I did not ride a bike at all until 2017. Getting onto my son's Trek 2200, I thought I was getting on a bike that was the same as the bike I had in college. Those bikes were so different. The way the Trek bike accelerated with every pedal stroke did not seem possible — except there it was.
I made a decision then and there to get a bike like my son's. I found one for a few hundred dollars, shipped to me from Hawaii. I have been riding Trek carbon bikes since then, and I was sure — until the interaction I had with your service team for my freehub — that my next bike purchase would follow my previous pattern.
Next time I need a bike, the only morally legitimate way to do it is to buy a new bike from Trek. I want to be part of what you are and what you will become by 2076.
Before this engagement with Trek support, I was committed to never buying a new bike from Trek.
One of the main reasons I ride my bicycle daily is the fact that I was stunned by the miraculous acceleration I discovered when I took a short ride on my son's Trek 2200 when I was 57 years old.
Nathan? at east greenbay - Bellevue area was awesome in helping me find replacement part for my bike pump.
I purchased a wonderful bike for a great price and enjoyed excellent warranty-covered service from my local dealer. No brainer if you’re willing to be a little patient for “your bike” to become available.
Better prices and free shpping to me or my local dealer
The design and e-power.
Super easy to order.
I've owned several Trek bicycles and like the quality and selection. Over the years I've ridden other brands but am now settled on Trek. Accessories are of good quality, but maybe a bit over priced.
I was able to find what I wanted and free pick up in store
