The Red Barn Refresh is a fantastic service! I've owned several Trek bikes and enjoyed every one. I had signed up for notifications as I was looking for a Verve+ at an affordable price. I was delighted to find a brand new bike that was discounted only because it was an older model. Ordering was seamless and the bike was easy to put together, though there were a couple of tools I needed that weren't included. No biggie. Took the bike for a test ride and I love it!

The buying experience with Trek Red Barn was a great experience. A call to customer service was answered quickly with a knowledgeable associate. The website was easy to navigate. Shipping was fast. The packaging was outstanding, the way reusable straps and blocks were used was a great idea. The assembling of the bike was a breeze with the easy to follow instructions and supplied tools. The unboxing and assembling was under an hour. Not to mention the great bike I got for a great price. The listing describing the condition of the bike was very accurate.

I started my mountain bike adventure on Trek bikes from starter bikes, to the front suspension Marlin, and then finally the full suspension fuel. I love the company, the ease, and the way they back their product.

Thoroughly professional and friendly. Did not have any problems at all. Did have to return a component because the threading was wrong on it, they immediately sent the digital return label and made it very easy.
