I was very excited to see the Trek Electra touring bike online. It’s very reasonable at $400 for a refurbished bike and that it came almost completely assembled except for the pedals was so cool. FedEx worked very hard to make sure someone was home when it was delivered. I can’t wait to take a ride this weekend blessings in Jesus, Wally

the ordering experience was seamless but I would recommend that you provide tracking info , I had to call customer service to get it. The tires and tubes that I ordered installed perfectly without a hitch a little pricey but great quality.

The folks there were extremely helpful. From diagnosing the issue with my bike, to helping secure the part I needed, to installing the part (for free!). Great customer service from start to finish!

I like the discounts and the products. I haven't bought a bike from Trek yet, but I'm planning on doing so soon through a local retailer. The only problem I've had is the security not letting me pay with my card without having it approved by my bank. Otherwise I enjoy it alot and plan on making more transactions in the future.
