I thought the overall process was very easy. The only delay was getting the bike once it showed up to the local bike shop. I understand they had a build process etc. They contacted me immediately once the bike was built and ready to be picked up. The crew at Landis were great and helped us out with additional accessories to add onto the bike to better the riding experience.
