Super fast delivery, easy pick up, great product. There was a billing issue when I tried to purchase online and the customer care team was exceptional. This is my fourth Trek bike and certainly not my last.

I bought my son's mountain bike at the store. They were very helpful. When I asked for a replacement strap for my Bontrager light, one of the staff brought in a replacement they had in their home which was super nice of them. For reasons like this I will be buying my next bike at this store because the staff care about their customers ability to enjoy cycling to the max.

The customer phone support was a huge blessing to me. I bought my first road-style bike and had some sizing issues but the support team took plenty of time to explain everything and help me through it. People even helped me pick out my accessories! Also, the return policy came in extremely helpful as I had to return two bikes, but the one I have now is perfect. I cannot say enough good about my experience with Trek. It is so good that I will not consider another brand as long as it stays this way. Thank you!

I bought a pre-owned bike through red barn refresh. It was very well packed with all the tools needed to assemble it and the assembly instructions were excellent. The price was reasonable and the condition was actually better than described. This was my hip replacement recovery bike and Trek was willing to extend the 30 day return period if I didn’t get my surgeon’s blessing to start riding again within the 30 day period. It was a great transaction from start to finish.

It’s was easy, but I don’t like that they don’t ship thing to personal address. My local trek bike shop is close so I have to send my new bike 2 hours away from home, and haven’t been able to pick it up.

I found what I wanted quickly and received it quickly also.

I really wasn’t sure if I would care for the required shipment to a retailer for assembly, but there was a location within 20 minutes and the pickup experience was stellar. It was helpful to have a trained tech person go over the features and give tips for operating the Electra Cruiser.

I like the fit. I got a size small, and it is just right for me, while 28” wheels provide a fast ride. And I like the Shimano shifting—smooth.

I love my new Domane! The 30-day return policy was very helpful, and the LBS was very nice to work with.

If you have a little patience, you can get the bike you want at a very good discount.
The bike arrived in less than a week and in good shape. Putting the handlebar on was the only challenge.
I had to look online for some information since I didn't know how the brake-based shifters worked.
All in all, I'd buy again.
