Love my Trek 4X! It's lightweight and good on long trips. I have owned my Trek 4X for 4 years and it rides super smooth and gears are so easy. I had to replace my chain at 2K miles from wear & stretch and it still rides great!

Process was smooth. The communication was great. The bike was sent to my local Trek store, Foxboro Bike, and they did a great job assembling it.
The bike arrived exactly as pictured. No reason to believe the bike had ever been ridden. The only thing that would have been better was if an owners manual was included. Like a manual for a car. I own a 2012 Madone, but I have no experience with electronic shifting or disc brakes.
