You truly make a great product my partner and I have had our trek bikes for almost 5 years now and they still run like new. We also love all of the accessories most recently we purchased the trek Bell Bluetooth speaker and unfortunately got lost in the mail, however when I called the staff, they put in a rush order through UPS and overnighted me a new one. Zack Hill did a great job troubleshooting a mysterious shifting issue in a relatively new SRAM drivetrain. He checked in with me often to describe his process, what he had checked/tried, and what he planned to do next. Ultimately, he resolved the problem by replacing the cassette with a different model. I am very pleased with the service, result, and cost. This Trek location is relatively new, and I am thrilled to have a nice shop with such a talented tech nearby.

Very smooth process beginning to end. Unfortunately the bike I ordered didn’t workout but even the return was quick easy and painless. If they wouldn’t have had what I wanted at my local trek store I would’ve definitely ordered through trek.com given my recent experience!
