Easy Peasy. . . gut I was "primed" from a visit to a nearby Trek store where I was "fitted" for a bike. I was worried when the packaged bike arrived. the box was beat to crap. BUT! Everything inside was incredibly well protected. Bike was easy to assemble and I've enjoyed it every day since its arrival. I need to visit the store to learn how to adjust the read hydraulic brake but otherwise everything is perfect! Couldn't be happier! TY Trek!

The reason I’m a huge fan of trek bikes is because of their warranty and the way they treat their customers I had a 2019 trek remedy that had a bad bearing race and trek without question lived up to their lifetime warranty and replace the entire frame, including the rear shock which I thought was amazing. I had a pretty bad crash and damaged my Bontrager helmet and they replaced the helmet no questions ask just a good company and great people.

The spec data and general quality of the site are great. Not a 10 because it can occasionally be difficult to find items that I know exist on the trek.com site (I can for example find an FX 3 Gen 3 clearance model if I google search but can't find a path to navigate to it on the trek.com site itself).
