Delivery was very quick. I ordered on Wednesday and my bike arrived Friday morning. The bike was packed so there was no damage even though there were a few small holes in the outer box. Assembly was much easier than I expected. The hard parts of assembly were already done. Having all the tools included was a great help. I definitely did not have any torque wrenchs. Following the instruction book was generally easy although there were times I was a little confused until I realized I needed to skip some steps to get to the proper instructions for my model. Not a big deal. All in all a good experience.

I ve been extremely happy with trek this is my second marlin I have purchased my first being a marlin 6 purchased in 2018 for myself and the newest being the 5 that I purchased for my mom currently we have 3 Marlins in our family all running strong maintenance has been easy and anything we have needed help with our local dealer has been great with (Trek West Phoenix, Arizona) i would definitely recommend them to any one looking to buy a bike.

I have ridden trek bikes and used the gear for almost 15 years. Very disappointing the bontrager brand has been phased out. Hopefully you start making more apparel again.
