Beautiful design and all the features I was looking for. I also ordered a small bag online from Trek for the front handlebars. It was exactly what I wanted and arrived very quickly after I placed my order.

So, I had my bike serviced at Trek in Little Rock, AR., the teams did a fantastic job with bike repairs. I want to thank Trek for warranting me a new wheel. I had a seized free-hub body from previous repair. The wheel was shipped out and parts were assembled by the Little Rock Team. Service was excellent! I recommend Trek in Little Rock! Thank you, Trek!

I actually was very disappointed with the touch up paint I ordered for my FX2 Disc in Alpine Blue. The paint was nearly dried up so I had to add paint thinner for it to work. Then when I applied the paint to my scratches, the color match is way off. Very disappointed.

Super easy, it would be nice to have some options to chat with a specialist during the process of buy a bike.

Amazing warranty experience

Just got back into biking after a 10-year lapse and needed some new gear. Found a great deal on some padded biking gloves on the web site and had them delivered to my local shop for pickup. Also scored a fantastic deal of a Bontrager Wavecel Circuit helmet. I liked the helmet so much I purchased a second one for my brother. All the products I ordered were delivered in about 2 days to my local shop. The site was very easy to use.
