You carry top of the line products and you employ sales people who take their time finding just the right shoe for customers. I am not a runner but I have issues with knees hips and feet and the young woman who helped me with my second visit to fleet feet patiently helped me try shoes on and made sure I was satisfied with my selections. I have now purchased six pairs of sneakers from you and I will return again when I need replacements. Thank you Portland Maine fleet feet!

The Fleet Feet team in Wilmington (both locations) is the best there is. Everyone who walks through the door is welcomed. If you need a new pair of running shoes, the staff takes their time making sure they are finding you the very BEST shoe for you! And the 60 day return policy gives you plenty of time to decide if the shoes work well for you or not and if not, simply bring them back to either get a full refund or get another pair that you would like at no additional cost (unless cost is higher than original purchase). The staff are very professional and they know their stuff! All staff are also runners/athletes and can relate to any issue you may be having with your feet. Love these people and highly recommend their services and their inventory!

Love the high quality of product sold at Fleet Feet. Everything purchased there is consistently of high value and works. For our daughter who runs in cross country and track and field, those products help her and are not simple "money burns."

I called and was talking to Logan, he knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to put aside Oofos slides away for me. I was able to come and the transaction took me less than 10 minutes. Excellent customer service.

The sales representative Makayla was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to get new shoes, as my old ones were causing trouble and had a somewhat complicated issue with returning the old shoes because they were purchased at a Fleet Feet in another state. However, the manager was extremely helpful in handling this. The new shoes are excellent. I've already run more than 12 miles in them, and no blisters or rubbing at all. My feet feel great.
