I like the fact Fleet Feet has a wide variety of products And when it comes to in store service the employees strive to find the right products for the customer rather than push a certain product. But they are not so committed to the scan that they don’t listen to what the customer wants.

Someone that works at another store - I came up from El Dorado this past week to come to this store and see about some tennis shoes following my second Achilles tendon surgery - the young man that waited on me was very knowledgeable, patient and kind - he helped me narrow down the shoe that would provide me the best support and held two pair for me until I came back after an appointment- he was showing me the color options on the computer and another employee was on the computer near us and went and brought out a pair of each color I was considering so I could actually see the colors in person which I thought was above and beyond - I WILL BE BACK TO PURCHASE AGAIN - and I will highly recommend this store every time I can

The most knowledgeable staff in terms of gauging a customer's needs, and the analysis of their feet and walking patterns is an excellent tool. Provides a lot of good information to the customer that they might not have ordinarily known.

We went with our daughter and her son (our new grandson) and my son, my wife and our other daughter. Jaylin took very good care of my wife, helping her try on multiple pairs of shoes so she could make the best decision. It was the other associate who made my wife uncomfortable. She felt like he was particularly watching my family as he came out when they left and before we made our purchases. He looked to see if the pairs that my wife didn’t choose were still there. Our experience was mostly positive though. We ended up spending 376$ there. My wife loves her new mizuno sneakers and alukai flip flops. We also purchased a 75$ gift card for my son in law for his first Father’s Day as he loves to run.
