I went in knowing next to nothing about running shoes, I learned a lot, the process was super smooth and cool. The 3D scan is really interesting and impressive as well. I would highly recommend Fleet Feet to anybody!!

Every time I walk into Fleet Feet, I am greeted immediately. They are quick to help and very friendly. Years ago I found the shoes that work well for me because they took time with me and are very knowledgeable.

The staff (one is a slight/spry looking young man with an engligh accent, and another young man is I think a Staples HS tall cross country runner with curly hair) were both welcoming and helpful to get me good stability running shoes. We talked about my running routine and they reviewed my past shoe purchases. The owner was there the 2nd time I went to the shop and helped a bit extra too. Great service all around. I recommended the store to another runner friend yesterday. She also says fleet feet is the best :)

I came in for the 3D scan and I received very personalized service. The associate showed me the results and explained why she would place me in specific types of shoes. She answered all my questions sufficiently and was patient as I tried on her recommendations and those that I wanted to try on.
I walked away with a shoe that allows me to walk for long distances without hip and knee pain. I haven’t been able to do this in a while.

Usually everybody is very knowledgeable about the products but this last visit didn’t work out that way. We had a specific question that was not addressed properly.
