Came in looking for a shoe that can help with leg/knee and lower back pain. Stephen (not sure on spelling) was very kind and patient with me through the whole process. I am always pleasantly surprised how committed to the customer Fleet Feet is; not only to provide great products but in their overall customer service! I usually go to the Encino store as it’s close to my house, and the employees are great, but decided to visit another location this week. I had a challenge with a product I had purchased fairly recently, and from start to finish Daniel, a dedicated Manager at the Burbank store handled the situation and my concern with the utmost consideration and professionalism, and with a smile on his face throughout! I was very happy with the way everything was addressed and handled, and I will continue to be a devoted Fleet Feet client, and fan, and advocate for anyone who wants exceptional customer service and products with a great company! I love that the associates are so invested in making sure that the customers get the right shoe for the right reasons. My mom was looking for a shoe for the aesthetic, and Isaiah talked her into getting the right shoe for her foot that felt best for her to walk in, rather than the one she liked the look of more. I really appreciated him taking the time with her to help her find what would work

When I walked in I was immediately greeted by an associate. He was very knowledgeable about products and I easily picked out the shoes I needed and the insoles. I really like the option of returning the shoes if they don’t feel right. I have a lot of problems with flat feet.
