Everything!! Andrew at the North Spokane store took the time to listen to me. His customer service skills are above anyone’s expectations! I love how he measured my feet. He took the time to track my walking habits and then fitted me with the shoe that is best for us. I had severe foot pain due to degenerative arthritis pain that diminished in one day. I am very grateful I found your store and will definitely come back in the future.

I felt like the guy I worked with didn’t have much knowledge to offer besides the general knowledge of each shoe. He recommended two brands of hybrids which were fine but also didn’t have a lot of availability in neutral colors.

The staff took time to work with me and make sure that I had a properly fitted shoe for the activities that I plan to use them for. The foot scans and the walking analysis was great information for me to have to understand their recommendations. They even took time to lace up my shoes and check where my toe was which doesn't happen anymore in shoe stores.

Haven’t ran with the shoes yet but the assistance in finding and fitting the shoes was excellent
I ordered a pair of black Karhu size 9.5D. What I received was a blue Karhu size 14 wide. Not even close. Unfortunately, I had to take time out of my father's day to drive to the store to return/exchange. Not a great experience.
Amanda (I think that was her name!) was very helpful in getting my husband fitted for some shoes. I have gotten my shoes at Fleet Feet for years and knew this was where i wanted him to go - great experience!
I love the return policy. As someone who suffers with plantar fasciitis it’s really helpful to be able to try shoes to see what helps. I would suggest better technology, though I do not think just by walking. The appropriate shoes are aligned.

The clerk had good knowledge of the product and made sure they were supporting my needs by discussing what I needed and why. I also like the return policy, although, as I was told, they hope to get it right the first time so the policy doesn't need to be enacted. Brand options are different than most stores I have been to.
