Brandon took the time to educate me on my concerns without pushing me to purchase. I bought the shoes he recommended and will send others that need help. The Clemons location was difficult to find and I went to Winston instead. Thank you Brandon for all of your help.
Ella was very patient. I have foot issues on both feet along with orthotics that had to be interchanged with each shoe trying. She was knowledgeable in all respects.
The bad thing is parking. Street parking not readily available or easy to find.
Yes we will b back. The individual attention in my case was very important. Ella wasn’t jumping from one customer to another and this fitting required a lot of time & patience. Thank you.

My orthopedic doctor recommended this store and I’m so glad he did. The time and effort Reilly spent helping me find a good pair of walking and daily shoes was above and beyond!! The selection was wonderful. Must’ve tried on over 10 pairs and finally found one. I really appreciate the positivity and support provided. Have several other shoes in mind that I will be purchasing in a few weeks and I plan on coming back to this location to do so. Thanks.

Sale’s personal are very knowledgeable.
While i would not have mind the staff working on commission, I appreciated that they do not. My salesperson listened exceptionally well to my unsure desire in what i was looking for in a shoe. She never made me feel rushed or badly for my momentarily considering going to another store just to check their inventory. I liked the vibe in the store and appreciated the variety of walking/running accessories and the available brands in clothing as well. I really liked the sale rack too!!

There were some long wait times, and the staff were awesome. Everyone there was overly busy, and attempting to support multiple customers at the same time. It seemed frantic inside.
Had appointment scheduled, was greeted & promptly ignored for 20 minutes. Was not permitted to use my own clean socks when trying on shoes.
