I knew what I wanted coming in, but really appreciated the extra help making sure it was the right pair of shoes for me. Service was friendly, helpful, and quick. I happily wore my shoes out of the store and will definitely be back.

I like the Volumental scanning machine to determine foot size, and the staff were very helpful and attentive to my requirements for shoes.

Now I have no doubt about the type of shoe I have to choose.
I find that each time I try to buy shoes the one inventory is always very low making options very limited. And not at all trying to be “Karen” here but my salesperson wasn’t very helpful or friendly on my last visit and purchase. I can buy my shoes anywhere as they’re the same price wherever I go. The store needs to “amp” it up a bit to keep me loyal.

They give you personalized service and fit your running shoes perfectly with a machine that scans your feet. Oh and they sell great athletic shoes.

Fleet feet stands behind their product. We had a defective running shoe and Fleet feet replaced the shoes with a new pair with in the 60 days of purchase.

Shoes that I bought quite a while ago were not the right shoes for me and thus wore on the left heel quite a bit. I had bought 2 pairs at the times and one was never worn so I asked for a credit or something to return them since they were sold by your people and not right. I was told NO. This is not right and changes my perception of Fleet Feet

I’ve always had issues with shoe shopping just because any tennis shoes I bought would hurt my feet I have plantar fasciitis, not only in my heel, but in my arch as well, the associate that helped me was super helpful and informative and guiding me to the correct shoe after studying my 3-D foot scan we determined that hoka was the right fit for me. They also help me get insoles, which have been a godsend since finding shoes and insoles I have had such a reduction in my foot and back pain and I am so thankful for that.
