Shoes are very comfortable. Our sales person was great. He took his time with us and recommended several pair of shoes. He ask lots of questions to make sure he was recommending what would be best for us.

The store management and sales reps are outstanding! I took my 11 year old daughter to your Fleet Feet store for her first pair of running shoes. Pearson sized my daughter's feet, and then helped her learn about and try out three pairs of running shoes. There was no pressure whatsoever. He was completely professional. My daughter selected her shoes and we received a good discount with our purchase. Pearson also gave us info on local run groups and places to run. My daughter is happy, confident, and "very fast!" Good selection of shoes for a small foot and an EXCELLENT sales person!—-Sidney. She knew the shoes, was persistent in fitting each shoe. Plus, she felt like she liked what she was doing. That’s a lot for a high school senior!

The product selection seems more limited than in the past. I know the retail model is changing but most of the clothing seems uninspiring and not very diverse.

I got immediate help to be fitted for shoes as soon as I walked in the door. My assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. It didn't take long to find what I needed with her help. Her name was Gracie. When I go back to get some more shoes I will ask for her.
