New to product. Sales person was excellent and I’ve already told one other person to come see her.
Staff was knowledgeable and patient.
I was not overwhelmed. I felt like I overpaid because AL does not have any other stores that compare. The sale rep did a good job to add value but I knew I was going to overpay when I walked in the door. I could have purchased the same shoes at the BX fir less , but due to my injury I needed a computerized fitting. Maybe military discount. Especially since I had to drive 80 miles each way.
