Friendly, sales associate was knowledgeable , patient and accommodating. I asked about Hoka colors and he showed me all the colors on his iPad. That's service.
They listened to my concerns and knew exactly how to get me into shoes that instantly provided me with the pain relief I was looking for and caused by I’ll fitting shoes.
The fact that the associates are very attentive. To the customers. Also I ordered my hokas on Tuesday and they arrived on Friday. Very efficient.

The staff that I have dealt with are patient and knowledgeable. Its a well run store.
My problem was the way that shoes are made these days. Instead of a tread on the bottom that gives you...say 1/4 inch of material to wear out as you wear them, It seems all manufactures of higher end shoes have cheapened the quality of the shoe by not having an actual tread but ,instead have placed an applique to provide a grip surface. Trouble is that that applique is less that 1/8 inch thick and when you wear through that, basically the buyer has a shoe that is useless in situations where traction is important.
Just when you think that there is nothing more that corporate america can do to decrease quality, hasten obsolescence, but still charge the same, they come up with a way to decrease the usable life of sports shoes.
I am sorry that you have to deal with this problem.
