The store was short-staffed so I had to wait 20 minutes for my shoe fitting/purchase but the salesperson was very apologetic and helpful. He showed me the new & improved Superfeet, which I purchased and let me know about the sock deal (buy 3 get 1 free). He also mentioned the $15 credit and the 6 months expiration date for it. Overall a great experience.

Service is polite and helpful
The workers who helped me were awesome, but I think shoe recommendations were a little extreme. I usually wear a size 8.5, but one guy recommended me to wear a size 10! The shoe was really big on my feet. So I went with a size 9.5 hoping his bigger shoe recommendation would be helpful. The next day I wore these new 9.5 shoes at the airport heading home and my feet were sliding around and I didn’t feel secure in the shoe at all. . The workers were so kind and helpful with finding the right insoles and I love the ones they helped me get! Just the shoe ended up not feeling right while walking around in them all day. I will keep wearing the shoe and get some thicker socks to help fill in them a bit more.
The young woman who helped me was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful— even as I was trying to wrangle a toddler while trying on shoes! Thank you

It was my first time in the store and was so impressed on the service.
I told the girl waiting on me that I needed an 8 1/2 wide. We tried on several shoes. She was very nice and we decided on this Gray Brooks I put them on today. I had them on for about three hours in my feet went to sleep. Took them off put on a different pair. My feet came awake. Put those back them on for a half hour. My feet went to sleep. Took them off again and looked at the size and it’s an 8 1/2 medium. I’ll be returning them as soon as I can get back to Greenville.
