I like the friendly professional service.
I had foot pain. My feet were scanned and a shoe recommended. I put the shoe on and the pain immediately went away. I purchased two pair of Hoka shoes selected for my foot. The consultants name was Alie but I am unsure of the spelling.
I loved the digital analysis of my feet and the way the salesperson was able to recommend a particular shoe for my very problematic feet. I love the shoes I bought. So comfortable!

Service was amazing. I’m a bit of a shy/nervous shopper but Ty was super helpful and made me feel comfortable right away. I feel like I left fleet feet with a better understanding of how to care for my feet and run with longevity (in addition to a great pair of shoes). I will definitely be coming back and telling everyone about how great the service was.

They are good quality but it’s really the staff that keeps me coming back to FF. The products can be bought online anytime but I love to go in a hear the staffs favorites and tips for how to use the products, where to run, and how to recover. It’s a great place.

The staff are very knowledgeable on all shoes they offer, as well as find the appropriate shoes to fit your feet. That is a plus for me. I won't shop anywhere else.
Best service I have ever had in a shoe store. I was here during pandemic and was left with unsuitable expensive shoes after minimal sales person input. Glad I decided to give it another try. New shoes are perfect.

Was disappointed by all the efforts to sell me the expensive insoles and had to buy a pair of socks that were what I consider very expensive. The shoes are expensive enough without all the push to sell other items.
