Amazing knowledge and care.
I like the recommendations made and the various suggestions when looking for new shoes. It is much more appealing than “what size do you want” typically spouted by other shoe sources.

They gladly bring out lots of options for you to try and help you think through which might be the best option for you. Didn’t have a very good selection like I’ve experienced in the past. They didn’t have my inserts either I had to drive to another store and I live in a Loveland. I was very disappointed and not sure if I’ll go back.

The feedback on physical status of customer’s feet & gait
I am bone on bone in both of my knees and after coming to Fleet Feet I can honestly say for the first time I am not in pain through out the day. It is just so unbelievable how getting fitted for the proper shoe can completely change your life.

The Elk Grove Fleet Feet rocks! I had supported the Dac store for years. Very inconsistent customer service. And too corporate
I was impressed with the Elk Grove customer service. Elisha was awesome! I talked with her by phone to see if they had the Hokas I wanted in stock. She was friendly professional and looked to see if they actually were in stock. She put them on hold for me, and I drove out there to pick them up.
The team member who helped me in the store was also honest! I'm sorry I didn't get her name.
