Haven’t worn the sneakers long enough to tell. I bought them in the early a.m. I’m wearing them in the house to make sure I did the right thing. Put them on the evening, feeling a little snug but I’m hopeful they’ll be just fine. By the way, I returned the Hoke sandals because in the house they were hitting that old bunion turning it red. I have the receipt for the return, but, I never got my original receipt back. Is there anyway for you to send me that receipt for my records? I returned them on Friday, the 19th May. Purchased them on the 18th. I do like the service (even with the air conditioning not working). I would tell my friends about the store and good service with a smile.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Very attentive sales people (two of you) who helped this veteran runner make a selection to replace a favorite discontinued model of Altras. They took time to hear my running goals and specific running needs.
What I like is everything was tailored and personalized. Starting with the scan to fitting a proper shoe for the proper activity. Your sales associate was awesome and friendly as well as knowledgeable about the products. Nothing to not like.
The only thing that I didn’t care for was I had to wait half hour to wait to see an associate to help me find a shoe. Kind of a long wait, to be honest, I almost walked out. Other than that, your service was great. 9/10.

I am having trouble with my feet and everyone suggested I buy a pair of Hoka's. My Podiatrist suggested I go to Fleet Feet. I was very impressed with the store and the employees. The associate that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. He fit me into a really comfortable pair of Hoka shoes. I'm very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, it didn't tske away my foot pain but I'm not giving up and looking forward to wearing my shoes when I'm free of the pain.

Matt is great! Looked me up in the system and recommended the shoes that were best for my feet. This is my second pair using the 3D measuring system. Perfect.

The salesclerk was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained my issues with my feet and recommended a shoe that may help. So far, the shoes are just what I was looking for.

We were very impressed with the the knowledge of the person who helped us and the time she spent with us. I have a balance problem and the shoes seem to help I have only had them a few days but so far they seem to help.
The employee we worked with was so knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything well and worked with both of my children with ease. No pressure to buy at any point, so we bought two pair from her.

Service is great! I prefer Saucony brand shoes and the selection (colors) feels limited at times. Nothing in particular to improved upon.
If a customer shows up and puts her name on the waiting list to get fitted for a shoe, but there may not be enough time before closing, the customer should be told that. I arrived an hour before closing time and put my name on the waiting list. I waited 45 minutes which was fine because I needed a little help with getting fitted for a shoe since I was coming off an injury. I’ve come to this store for the last 15 years. When it was clear I was still waiting to be helped, my sales person was clearly not very happy that they had to begin assisting me 15 minutes before closing time. Because I knew in general what I was looking for, it helped narrow down the options. But, it didn’t feel so good to be rushed or feel like an inconvenience. My most recent experience was not comparable to the many other times I’ve come in to get fitted. I hesitate to mention this because I don’t want anyone getting in trouble but this experience did stick with me. So perhaps a general friendly reminder to staff that people specifically chose this brick and mortar store for a reason might help avoid this from happening again.
That being said, the manager (I believe he was team leader) was fantastic and jumped in to help problem solve an issue with a fit. His friendly demeanor, expertise, and creative problem solving helped me leave with a perfect fitting shoe and feeling like it ended up being a positive experience.
