Customer service was amazing. James helped me and he was so friendly and helpful. He did the foot analysis and selected 3 pairs of shoes for me to try. I like all three, but one pair stood out and I purchased it. I have walked twice in my new shoes and they are perfect for me. I would recommend Davis Fleet Feet to anyone in the market for a custom fitting experience. Well worth the price!

I like the personalized service. Jim and Menlo Park is fantastic. First time I met Eileen and she was great too — the staff is so professional and friendly and really cares about getting the right shoe for you. Product wise I like that the store has a wide variety of clothes and shoes and all the accessories. Good selection & quality
The social runs in the community have been one of my favorite things to do in the past year. People of all age groups older than 20 can run together and share their stories whether it is or isn't about running. Opportunities and promotions are shared all the time, and it's a lot of fun! Fleet Feet Des Moines is unquestionably the best group to run with if you're new to town, or to running.
When you're buying a new shoe, they have good technology to help find what's right for you, and they don't only suggest the shoes that are beyond affordable. Their variety of nutritionals is also a strength, and they run good promotions for them right before some of the biggest races in Des Moines.
Loved experience overall and guidance received for right kind of shoes. I have already recommended this place to my colleagues and friends.

I had to exchange a pair of running shoes that were the wrong size and there was absolutely no issue since there is a 60-day return policy that allows you to make sure that the shoes you buy fit well. This was amazing and I wish I had bought my other shoes here.

We have been purchasing our athletic shoes for a couple of years now at Fleet Feet Sarasota and every associate we have encountered have been very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. We are not runners any longer but always go to Fleet Feet to purchase our shoes
