In the past I’ve had sales associates that were more experienced and knowledgeable about the shoes. This past Saturday I had two young sales associates that just asked me how the shoes felt. No suggestions, I had to everything to get more specifics. The previous sales associates were older, experienced runners. They knew how important it was to learn what kind of running I did and discuss the best shoes for me based on my mileage and foot type from the ID scan I had completed.

I love the individual attention and appreciate the time the employees are willing to spend to make sure everything is perfect.
I love that employees know how to fit shoes, and 60 day try out period is good if needed. I personally only buy Hoka Bondi but wish more colors were available in store.

This store in Stockton, CA was excellent. Listened, offered options, knew which insoles were in my old Hokas. A delight.
2 weekends ago I was in store in Spokane, (Bloomsday weekend, store on Division, their sales staff could only repeat a memorized sales speech, no idea of products, and measured me a 9 1/2. Kept tell her, no I am a 8-81/2. Yep, in California, I am a 8-81/2. She lost a sale and need remediation or a new career!

The sales associate listened to what I wanted in a shoe and brought me what I wanted the first time. I was done in 10 minutes and love the shoes I bought!
