The customer service was amazing and easy to work with. The options of shoes were excellent. We will definitely return to fleet feet.

2. There was a very limited selection of ON brand sneakers. Went to Dicks and they had at least 30 pairs available.

Good selection and knowledgeable people
Our sales person was EXCELLENT! Went through the assessment and fitting process. Very patient. I took my Granddaughter for new running shoes and I needed good walking shoes. She was so patient with both of us. Neither of us were wearing the shoes or sizes that we needed. I think Grace was her name? Will certainly recommend to others.

My service was excellent. The salesperson took time to do a fitting, reviewed the results, listened to my feedback about running shoes and sizing issues I was concerned about, offered several options, one of which I took, NB Fuel Cell. Thank you for supporting my running.

The service for fitting my feet with the right shoes was innovative. I've never been measured or helped with getting the right shoes for me.
I went through 2 pair of shoes before I found the ones that I really need that are comfortable for me and help. I recently had a knee replacement about 7 months ago and needed new shoes that were supportive yet had some cushioning and we finally found the exact shoe.
I also appreciate the coupons we receive when we purchase as well. I wish however there were more selections in colors in my size which is an 11 regular width. I wear Brooks Glycerin and often if I want another pair there are only a few color selections that I have already and I can't get my military discount online.
Fleet Feet always keeps me up to date on the best shoe for my comfort and activity. Helpful, educated, wonderful staff, thank you!

Carrying Altras would be key for a whole sect of runners. It would also be great to offer more natural running fuel. Most runners can’t tolerate the conventional Gus and Gels. The Rabbit line is also always marked up by 10$ an item.

Knowledgeable staff who listen to the customer to work together for the best outcome. Even though I am very overweight, I did not feel judged by the sales person, unlike some customers in the store. Everyone’s journey is different and one should not judge a book by its cover… my sales person could not have been better…. Thank you
